Flash Flood Watch in effect as widespread rain & storms slam the region

After an active, wet Halloween, widespread rain and storms kick off the start of November. Monday across Southern Arizona, with heavy downpours and consistent rain threatening to flood low-lying areas, washes, creeks, and flood prone roadways.
