He posted photos of the guns to his Instagram account, posing with the firearms and magazines
On May 12 he tagged a woman he vaguely knew in one of the photos of the guns, and said she should be grateful

The teenager is suspected of shooting his grandmother at the start of the rampage.
Local media report he may have been a high school student in the area.
