Midfield: 29-year-old man killed in drive-by shooting in

MIDFIELD, Ala. — The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a deadly drive by shooting. Deputies say it happened before 2 a.m. Saturday. The victim is a 29-year-old man who shot and killed on Rayfield Drive in Midfield. Investigators believe the victim was sitting on the porch and was struck by a bullet when the drive-by shooting was happening. Deputies say multiple shots were fired at the home. The sheriff’s office says it’s interviewing people.
