Lucy Letby: Serial killer nurse to appeal conviction after murdering 7 babies

Lucy Letby is set to appeal her convictions for murder in a new appearance at court.

A hearing to decide whether a retrial is scheduled to take place on Monday 25 September – and ITV News reports that Letby will use this to appeal her convictions.

But ITV News now understands Letby will also use that hearing to formally launch an appeal of her conviction.
