Kimbrady Carricker: philadelphia Mass Shooter has been identified

Philadelphia MASS SHOOTER has been identified as Kimbrady Carricker, a 40-year-old black male from Philadelphia.

Five Killed 2 children injured Carricker was cornered several blocks away from the incident in an alleyway on the 1600 block of South Frazier Street.
