video: at least 1 dead and 3 wounded in a mass shooting in Stockholm

The threat of terrorism reappears in the heart of Europe. At least one person has died and three have been injured victims of an apparently indiscriminate shooting carried out by two attackers, according to the first information. The events have taken place in a square south of Stockholm, the capital of Sweden, and the two suspects have been arrested by the Police after a car chase. One of the injured was found near a church.

According to the local newspaper The evening paper, the victims are two 15-year-old boys, a 45-year-old man and a 65-year-old woman. A quick police operation unfolded in the Farsta district, south of Stockholm, in broad daylight. At exactly 6:13 p.m., the Police received several messages warning that a shooting was taking place in the center of Farsta, south of Stockholm. The attackers were armed with silenced automatic weapons and carried out their attack in at least three different locations, all near the same square. One of the injured was found next to a church, according to Swedish daily newspaper.

The injured were receiving first aid from passers-by when the first police officers arrived. Three people have been taken to nearby hospitals, and one died at the scene of the attack, as confirmed by police spokesman Towe Hägg.
