Stedarrish Herman: Parsons Police Seek Help To Locate Shooting Suspect

PARSONS, Kan. – Parsons Police Officers are on the lookout for the suspect of a targeted shooting that occurred in the 3100 block of Grand.

Officers say that Stedarrish Stepon Herman, 20 years of age, is wanted for questioning in connection with the shooting.

The media release indicates that Herman was last seen in a black Mercedes.

Anyone with information regarding the suspect is encouraged to contact the local authorities.
