Border Patrol say shots fired to agents on 2 separate incidents along the border in San Diego; investigation underway; additional agents deployed.

@CBP confirms two separate incidents where shots were fired in the direction of Border Patrol agents along the border in San Diego—One incident happened Monday night while agents were tending to an injured 4-year-old boy who was abandoned by someone who crossed illegally.

The other incident happened just days before—On Saturday night an agent reported that he was taking on gunfire.

Both incidents are being investigated and CBP reports that additional agents have been deployed to the area.
