NYC: Man shot outside the Alfred E. Smith Houses

Man shot outside the Alfred E. Smith Houses (NYCHA) on the Lower East Side.

Police are searching for four males, about 15-years-old.

“Four were wearing white shirts and one was wearing a red shirt.”
