Stabbing Suspect Arrested After Nearly 3-Hour Standoff In Petaluma

A 39-year-old Penngrove man was arrested Sept.

7 after an investigation into a July stabbing led to a nearly three-hour standoff at his home, according to the Petaluma Police Department.

Police said officers initially responded around 11:54 p.m. July 24 to a report of a fight in progress on the 100 block of Eastside Circle.

Officers found blood at the residence, but the people involved had left, police said.
