Warren officials offering $2,000 reward for information on recent shooting deaths, state police say

The City of Warren and the Warren Police Department are offering a reward of up to $2,000 for information on two recent shooting deaths, according to a news release from Arkansas State Police.

The reward will apply to information leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible for the deaths of 53-year-old Billy Wayne Smith and Ty Calbert, 35, both of Warren, according to the release.

On Aug. 5, Smith was found fatally shot outside an apartment in between El Dorado and Pine Bluff.

Calbert was found shot at a home in the 900 block of Abernathy Street on Aug. 30.
