Second arrest made in Tuscaloosa, Alabama block party shooting

Tuscaloosa police have arrested a second suspect in connection with a Sept. 12 shooting in west Tuscaloosa that left seven people injured, including a 12-year-old.

Kemarkus Antonio Allen, 22, was charged Sept. 15 with seven counts of first-degree degree assault.

He was also served with a probation violation for second-degree receiving stolen property. Allen's arrest comes a day after the arrest of Keyontae Jones, 23.

Jones also was charged with seven counts of first-degree assault.
