Video: Car Crashes Into El Palacio de los Jugos in Miami After School Pickup, Injuries Reported
A vehicle crashed through El Palacio de los Jugos at 15110 SW 56th Street in Miami, sending emergency crews rushing to the scene.
Video from the scene shows the vehicle inside the restaurant area after smashing through part of the building.
Initial reports say the driver was a grandmother who had just picked up her grandchild from school before the crash occurred.
Earlier reports indicated that three people were hospitalized, although authorities had not yet released full details on their conditions or confirmed exactly how many people were injured inside the restaurant.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
This version is better for Discover because it has Video + restaurant name + Miami + school pickup angle in the headline, while still keeping the grandmother detail attributed as an initial report.
