1 dead, 1 arrested in fatal Brighton shooting

An 18-year-old man was arrested early Sunday morning after a shooting in Brighton left another man dead, police said.

Brighton officers responded to a shooting in the 3100 block of Eagle Boulevard at about 12:30 a.m.

Sunday, according to a news release from the police department.

When they arrived, officers found a 33-year-old man who had been shot, police said in the release.
