Muncie, Indiana man arrested in fatal Labor Day shooting

MUNCIE, Indiana — MUNCIE, IN — One Muncie man has been arrested in another's fatal shooting, which was at the south-side public housing complex where both resided. James P.

Clark Jr., 38, was arrested on the evening of Tuesday, Sept. 8, in Whitestown, about 65 miles southeast of Muncie.
