Rochester man charged with murder after body found near Genesee River Trail

A 43-year-old Rochester man has been arrested and charged in the killing of 22-year-old Munga Elocho, whose body was found along the Genesee River Trail last month, according to the Rochester Police Department.

Elocho's body was found Aug. 16 in a wooded area off the Genesee River Trail near Vincent Street.

Police said he had been shot multiple times at a different location before his body was dumped where it was found.
