Alexander Lee Smith Jr. Wanted on Strangulation and Assault Charges in Easton, Pennsylvania

Easton police are searching for 24-year-old Alexander Lee Smith Jr., who is wanted on an active criminal warrant in Easton, Pennsylvania.

Smith faces charges of strangulation, aggravated assault, simple assault, criminal trespass and criminal mischief.

Last known location

Police said Smith was last seen at approximately 6 p.m. on August 8 in the 600 block of Canal Street.

He was reportedly driving a black 2014 Infiniti with Pennsylvania registration NHC6733.

Police warning

Smith is described as 5 feet 6 inches tall and approximately 140 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

Anyone who sees him should not approach him and should contact authorities immediately.

Smith is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
