A man who died in Pueblo's 13th fatal crash of 2026 has been identified by the Pueblo County Coroner's Office. Randy A. Meador, 42, was killed in the crash in the 500 block of Eagleridge Boulevard Tuesday evening, according to Interim Pueblo County Coroner Gregory Grahek.
Police responded to the scene at 6:55 p.m. and found a three-car crash with one party trapped in a Toyota Prius, according to a Pueblo Police Department news release. Fire department personnel arrived on scene and began extrication efforts, but Meador was pronounced dead at the scene.
Several other people involved in the crash were transported to local hospitals for medical evaluation and treatment, police said in the release.
