U.S. Consulate in Dhahran warns of imminent missile and drone attack threat

The U.S. Consulate in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia, has issued an urgent security alert warning of a potential imminent missile and unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) attack over the city.
In the alert, officials instructed U.S. citizens not to travel to the consulate and to immediately take cover inside their residences. Residents are being advised to move to the lowest available floor, stay away from windows, and remain indoors.
The consulate emphasized that individuals should not go outside and should review their personal security plans in case of further escalation.
U.S. Consulate personnel in Dhahran are currently sheltering in place as a precaution.
