Sheriff Reportedly Arrested After Letcher County Courthouse Shooting

Sheriff Mickey Stines has been taken into custody following a reported shooting inside the Letcher County Courthouse.

Stines is accused of shooting District Judge Kevin Mullins in his office near the District Courtroom.
