Public arrest records reveal that the London, Kentucky suspect, 32-year-old Joseph A. Couch, who is responsible for gunning down seven people on I-75, was previously arrested for Terroristic Threatening in the 3rd Degree on February 8th of this year, as well as for a DUI back in 2020 He is still at large:
