Three others injured in crash and suspected stabbing in Sydney’s south

A police officer is among four people who have been injured in a crash and suspected stabbing in Sydney’s south.
Police, fire crews and intensive care paramedics were called to the Princes Highway in Engadine after a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of Old Bush Road about 9am.
A man, who appeared to be suffering stab wounds, was seen attempting to run from the scene before he was subdued by a Taser.
A female passenger in one of the crashed cars was also found suffering multiple wounds.
Police said a fourth person was found injured but that it was unclear of their involvement in the incident.
