Shooting incident in Joplin, MO

Police are investigating a shooting incident along Joplin’s Main Street.

Officials with the Joplin Police Department have blocked part of the area off as they investigate.

A viewer tells us that her barbershop at 15th & Virginia is surrounded by police.

Authorities ask that motorists avoid the area.
