DEVELOPING: St. Louis County Sheriff’s Office is advising of an explosive risk at Dyno Nobel explosive manufacturer plant at 5392 Vermillion Trail in Biwabik, Minnesota.
Those in the area are being advised to evacuate and stay away from area within a 1-mile radius.
