East Liberty healthcare CEO hired as Duquesne University’s external relations chief

Arsenial Runion, 37, of Brookline, will become Duquesne’s senior vice president of civic engagement and external relations Dec. He succeeds Bill Generett, who was recently named head of the Pittsburgh Foundation.

Runion currently is the CEO of the East Liberty Family Health Care Center, and is pursuing a doctoral degree in healthcare ethics at Duquesne.
