Atlanta, Georgia man charged with DUI in crash that killed 74-year-old man in Cicero

A man from Atlanta has been charged in a crash that killed a 74-year-old man in Cicero. Prosecutors say he also has an extensive history of DUI and alcohol related offenses in Georgia.

Ramon Espada, 74, of Berwyn later died at a hospital, officials said. No further information about the deadly crash was available as police continue to investigate.
