Johnstown airport innovation center project moves ahead despite rising steel costs

Airport manager Cory Cree said the access route to the new regional jet repair hangar is being changed from Fox Run Road to Innovation Drive. “It can include anything from drones to unmanned aircraft to alternative fuels for different aircraft.

The project is being called an innovation center, and Cree said the complex will include office space for advanced air mobility companies.
