Maine State Police arrest Milford man in infant daughter’s death

Shane McLaughlin was charged with manslaughter and three counts of endangering the welfare of a child, according to state police. McLaughlin was booked at the Penobscot County Jail.

An autopsy from the state medical examiner determined her cause of death was hypothermia and initially ruled her death an accident.
