BMW Linked to Burglary Investigation Pursued Through Los Angeles, California

Los Angeles police pursued a BMW believed to have been used in a burglary early Tuesday, October 27, with the chase ending in the Cypress Park area, according to KTLA.

Officers located the vehicle shortly before 4:30 a.m. and began pursuing it, a Los Angeles Police Department spokesperson confirmed. The pursuit ended around 5 a.m. near the interchange of the 110 and 5 freeways.

Police later moved the BMW to a nearby parking lot at Figueroa Street and West Avenue 26 for further investigation. KTLA’s Sky5 footage showed officers searching the car, with what appeared to be merchandise boxes visible in its open trunk.

Details about the reported burglary were not immediately available. It was also unclear whether the suspect had been taken into custody or fled on foot when the chase ended.
