Harris County jailer charged with DWI, placed on administrative leave after crash, fleeing: HCSO

Gerardo Segundo, 21, who has worked for the Harris County Sheriff's Office for three years, is charged with misdemeanor DWI, authorities said. Surveillance video captured blinding headlights, an engine revving, and then the crash that woke Pineda and his family around 1:50 am. on Sunday.
