Superior, Wisconsin school board approves lower tax levy

The Superior School Board unanimously approved next year’s budget, which lowers the total school tax levy by 2.12%. The Superior School District also received a $2 million increase in state aid.

The district says the decrease should reduce the school portion of property tax bills. A slight increase in the school levy tax credit will further reduce taxes.
