Wake sheriff sees no credible Halloween takeover threats but plans heightened presence

Wake County Sheriff Willie Rowe said his office has not identified any credible threats or planned takeovers ahead of Halloween. For families preparing to celebrate, safety remains top of mind.

"We're constantly monitoring chat on social media," Rowe said. Titus Young spent part of the week shopping for a Halloween costume with his father, Tavarus Young.
