Michael Youssef Shafek’s Store Investigated Over Alleged THC Sales to Minors in Springfield, Tennessee

Authorities are investigating Daniel’s Market in Springfield, Tennessee, over allegations that the store sold THC products to minors.

The Robertson County Sheriff’s Office said detectives searched the business on October 23 and seized cash, firearms and illegal narcotics.

Investigators allege that owner Michael Youssef Shafek, 45, retrieved substances from a concealed area when customers requested them, keeping the products out of view.

The sheriff’s office said the case will be presented to a Robertson County grand jury for consideration of formal criminal charges.
