Bicyclists say cars parked in bike lanes near Southwest Valley school create safety hazard

Alan Snell, a bicyclist in the valley, said he has come across cars parked illegally inside marked bike lanes. Snell said the parked vehicles extend beyond the bike lane.

“They’re not supposed to be in the bike lanes,” Snell said. “They’re not just blocking the lane for me as a bicyclist,” Snell said.
