Mississippi Attorney General Rules Police Officer Justified in Fatal Shooting of Black Toddler

In Mississippi, the attorney general ruled Monday that a Senatobia police officer was justified in fatally shooting 1-year-old Kohen Wiley. They have not been charged, and authorities have not released body-camera footage or evidence that a theft took place.

The white police officer fired into the vehicle, critically wounding the two women.
