Wellesley mother indicted in deaths of her two young children

Police say she confessed to the unthinkable crime. MacAusland is being held without bail in the Western Massachusetts Regional Women's Correctional Center in Chicopee, a facility where mental health is a focus.

A Norfolk grand jury indicted MacAusland on Monday on two counts of first-degree murder.
