Repairing tornado-damaged homes could take years, local contractor says

In Neenah, Shane Rosenow, owner of Rosenow Customs, said one of the biggest hurdles is work that can’t be completed before temperatures drop. Rosenow Customs went from receiving about five to ten calls a week to five to ten calls an hour.
