Early morning fire destroys dwelling, nearby vehicle in Carlton County

Firefighters were called out to an early-morning structure fire Saturday in Carlton County. A small outbuilding being used as a dwelling and a nearby vehicle caught on fire, according to officials.

The fire was reported around 6 a.m. in the 2100 block of County Road 142 in Corona Township, according to the Carlton County Sheriff’s Office.
