Yemen Airstrikes Reportedly Hit Houthi Launcher — Video

Yemen airstrikes reportedly targeted a Houthi missile launcher and other positions in Al-Bayda governorate, south of Sana’a, according to preliminary reports accompanying a video.
The reports identified Al-Zahir, Mukayras and Al-Aryal as areas affected, with further strikes reported in Sa’dah governorate.
The attacks were attributed to suspected Saudi aircraft, but that attribution and the precise targets could not be independently verified. The video’s recording date and location also remain unverified.
No confirmed casualty figures or assessment of damage were available for these reported strikes.
The reports come amid renewed fighting between Saudi-backed Yemeni government forces and the Houthis. Reuters reported on October 8 that the Houthis claimed a ballistic missile attack on King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh.
