Goldeneyes add former Canada defender, veteran coach Delaney Collins to staff

Collins won five world championship medals with Canada as a defender, including three gold, before joining the coaching ranks.
Official response and confirmed impact
Collins joins a staff led by former general manager and new head coach Cara Gardner Morey.
She has experience working with current Vancouver players Kristen Campbell and Ashton Bell while an assistant with Canada’s U18 squad.
“It is a privilege to join the Vancouver Goldeneyes as we head into our second season,” Collins said in a statement.
“I’m most excited about the potential of this group of players and the culture that has already been established in Vancouver.
“Cara will set a high standard from Day 1, and I look forward to working closely with her and our entire staff as we continue building on the energy and support this team has received.”
