Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas. Some locations that will experience flash flooding include. Omaha, Council Bluffs, Bellevue, Papillion, Ralston, Gretna, Bennington, Boys Town, Elkhorn, Millard, Offutt AFB, La Vista, Carter Lake, Valley, Springfield, Waterloo, Crescent, Cedar Creek, Aksarben and Chalco. This includes the following highways. Interstate 80 in Nebraska between mile markers 428 and 454. Interstate 29 between mile markers 43 and 63. Interstate 80 in Iowa between mile markers 1 and 11
