Missouri man arrested after being found armed on Kentucky high school campus, state police say

A Missouri man was arrested outside a Kentucky high school on Tuesday after state police said they found him armed.

Arrest and charges

Kentucky State Police Post 5 in Campbellsburg said that it received a call about a man outside of Trimble County High School with a gun.

Troopers responded to the scene three minutes later and placed 22-year-old Brendan Parkin of Doniphan, Missouri, under arrest.

Charges and court proceedings

Brendan Parkin is charged with second-degree terroristic threatening, first-degree operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, alcohol intoxication in a public place and violation of conditions of release.
