Flash flooding is already occurring with flows reported in City Creek. Excessive rainfall over the burn scar will result in water and debris moving through the City Creek, Tenmile Creek, Gold Gulch, and Cottonwood Creek drainages. The debris flow can consist of rock, mud, vegetation and other loose materials. This water and debris may impact portions of Highway 89 between Junction and Marysvale
