Emergency crews are at the scene of deadly crash in Amherst, New Hampshire, on Friday afternoon.

Amherst police said in a Facebook post around 2:40 p.m. that motorists should avoid Route 101 from Baboosic Lake Road to the Milford town line "due to a fatal motor vehicle." They said the area is expected to be impacted for an lengthy period of time while emergency crews and investigators work at the scene.
