Arkansas men's basketball coach John Calipari’s honesty and transparency impressed ESPN 5-star shooting guard King Gibson during his official visit to Fayetteville.

“It was great talking to Coach Cal, talking to the whole coaching staff, you know, an NBA coaching staff,” said Gibson, who wrapped up his visit to Arkansas on Tuesday afternoon.

“Just talking to Coach Cal was great.

Him having the things that he thinks about me and the things I know about him from his history, so it was just great, just meeting the whole coaching staff.”
