Rishi Sunak has been fined after a video was posted to his Instagram showing him not wearing a seatbelt.
Lancashire Constabulary have given Rishi Sunak a fixed penalty notice for failing to wear seatbelt. He becomes the second Prime Minister to have been found to have broken the law while in office.
