Guggenheim Museum took legal action against by household requiring return of Picasso painting offered by their Jewish forefathers

The Guggenheim museum is dealing with a suit from a Jewish household who state that their forefathers were benefited from by a distinguished art dealership after he purchased a painting by Pablo Picasso from them as they were getting away the Nazis in 1938.
