Vehicle break-ins in Dauphin County have prompted an active investigation by Pennsylvania State Police following a string of incidents in the Royalton area. Authorities say multiple suspects have rummaged through unlocked vehicles, and in one case, a firearm was stolen.
Surge in Vehicle Break-Ins in Dauphin County
According to police, the thefts occurred on July 11, 12, 17, and 18, targeting Penn Street, Hillsdale Road, and Dock Street. The suspects appeared on surveillance footage wearing black ski masks, gloves, sweatshirts, and sneakers.
