NBC News: Witness says Florida State University shooter arrived in an orange Hummer. Got out first and started shooting with a rifle, then began shooting with a pistol. Described him as a “normal college dude.”

At least one person is dead and another is in custody after an active shooter was reported at Florida State University’s campus in Tallahassee.
At least six people are receiving treatment at Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare, a hospital spokesperson confirmed to NBC News.
The school sent an alert urging students to seek shelter as a shooter was reported in the area of the student union.
One FSU student who saw the shooter described him as a “normal college dude’ who was wearing an orange T-shirt and khaki shorts. “I was walking and this guy pulls up in an orange Hummer,” the student said. “And he gets out with a rifle and shoots in my direction.”
