Tropical Storm Francine was expected to become a hurricane later Tuesday

Tropical Storm Francine was expected to become a hurricane later Tuesday as it headed towards the coast of Louisiana in the southeastern United States, the National Hurricane Center said.

Francine is Now headed to Baton Rouge/New Orleans, Louisiana Area and will Make Landfall on Wednesday, Sept 11th!
There will be Flooding as Francine travels further up NorthEast! If you have not evecuated or prepared for this storm now is the time!
